How do I open a Mobicred account?
You can apply directly via the Mobicred website here or by selecting Pay Fast at checkout on the Malib Tech website. After selecting Pay Fast at checkout, select Mobicred and follow the steps to create a new Mobicred account or sign in if you already have a account with Mobicred.
Is Mobicred accepted online and in store?
Mobicred is currently available online only at malibtech.co.za Unfortunately, Mobicred is not available in store.
How do I purchase using Mobicred?
Simply add items to your online shopping cart as normal. Proceed to checkout and enter your contact information, preferred delivery method, shipping address and billing address. Click continue and select your preferred shipping rate. Click continue to payment and select Payfast from the list of available payment options. From here you'll be redirected to Payfast portal. Select Mobicred. Existing Mobicred customers will be prompted to sign into their account. Once signed in, follow the steps to complete your order. Once approved, you will be redirected back to Malib Tech to complete your order. New Mobicred customers can apply online at this link.
Can I return items bought?
Yes, returns and exchanges are welcome provided they meet the conditions set out in our Return Policy here.
